Ad Libitum | Music Comics

I had a piece performed by the Junior High All-State Concert Band, and here’s a journal comic recounting one of my highlights from the weekend.

The band did great in their performance and I really enjoyed spending time with my music teacher friends who were there. I also met some other friendly folks, contemplated my future as a self-publisher, went to a session on teaching composition in the classroom, and listened to band music galore. All in all, I’m so grateful to have been given the opportunity to go!
